Today is International Tiger Day, and to celebrate, I'm sharing this little illustration and encouraging you to help protect these incredible animals.
Did you know that tigers are a critically endangered species? Tiger populations have declined by around 95% since the beginning of the 20th century. Sadly, there are more tigers in captivity in the US than there are left in the wild. There's now estimated to be around just 3,900 wild tigers globally.
If, like me, you love tigers and would like to help, please consider adopting a tiger today. For more information, please visit the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) website.
